« Several members of my extended family came in for Thanksgiving. We stayed in the large cabin (#5) totalling 5 persons: 2 couples and 1 single adult. It was close to town for breakfast and/or lunch. Our family in Galena, was a quick ten minute drive away. We had a lovely stay here. Even though it was November and quite chilly , the cabin was very cozy and clean. « Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
