"The Patria Palace hotel is excellent in so many ways - central location ( in front of Santa Croce), high quality hotel room and delicious breakfast. But most of all, it is the staff of the hotel who made our stay so memorable. It exhibits old school charms (like hotels in an Agatha Chistie novel) where every staff greets u warmly from front desk, concierge and dining room. A big shout out to Mr Francesco from front desk and Irene who serves us breakfast. It was the best stay of our 2-week holiday in Italy. Bravo!"

The owners of this hotel were always around which made the experience feel so down to earth and authentic, their yellow labrador retriever also roams the ground.
