"We had a truly wonderful experience. The Bosphorus view from our room was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. Having stayed at several Rixos hotels, The Ritz-Carlton in Aruba, and many other luxury properties, I can confidently say that the service here was truly exceptional. Every team member—from housekeeping and the culinary staff to the reception team—was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The Executive Lounge on the 17th floor was outstanding. Both the breakfast and happy hour were excellent. Upgrading for Executive Lounge access and the Bosphorus view was definitely worth the money. We would especially like to thank Mr. Cengiz on the 17th floor for his wonderful hospitality, although everyone we encountered throughout the hotel was fantastic. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. If we return to Istanbul, this will absolutely be the hotel we choose again. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent service! They cleaned our room everyday and offered complementary water coffee and tea daily. The view from the pool is very nice but they close the pool early. Location is amazing!"

"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in considering prices. Attention to details are superb and service if first class. The only draw back is in some domes you get noise from the Irish Pob that plays music till 12 AM. My subjection would be for the hotel to buy out this place and turn it in to a resturant as I had to change my room for this reason. Would I go back? 100%"

"Rooms are very small and there’s no view from the window. Even the rooms for 3 people are small too. The location is really close the main interesting area but it’s very hard to order taxi via the app due to the up height and closed roads. The breakfast menu is very good and spa service is good too. Reception facilities are very small but the staff are very good."
