My son and I got bitten by bed bugs during our entire stay. The rooms are also not sound proof, so you hear everything from outside and upstairs.

Great hotel with awesome views from the Rooftop restaurant. Staff members are very helpful, and always smiling. The only thing to mention is located near Galata Towers, and the streets around there are very narrow and steep so might not be ideal for someone with Disability,
