The lady that did the breakfast set up was so kind and the food was fresh and plentful. Ive stayed many times before and have received good customer service, but this time it was really top tier. « Breakfast was very quickly put away so we didnt feel welcomed to attend. The ac in the room was inoperable and while it wasnt a hot night it still wasnt ideal. The room was great. We stayed in 4 hotels on our trip and this one was by far my favorite room. The price wasnt bad at all. »

« The front desk staff was not very welcoming and my room preference request was not taken into account when the room was assigned. They did have my request type available and allowed the room change however i had quite a few bags and no luggage cart. They didnt accept my chime bank card and would not accept cash so i wound up receiving an overdraft fee of 28 dollars on my bank card after being told my card was only going to be charged for the $100 incidental deposit and wound up charging for the...

« What a wonderful little cottage. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed the location in the historical district, the Jacuzzi tub, and the comfortable bed. The patios and little outdoor seating areas were a pleasant bonus as well as the breakfast. The garden cottage was situated on the top floor of the house with its own private outdoor entrance »
