This elegant, renovated flat offers a contemporary and cosy atmosphere. It can accommodate up to six people and is ideal for families or groups of friends. The two spacious bedrooms are equipped with double beds. The flat also has an office for those who need to do some remote work during their stay. The living room has an additional sofa bed, offering extra sleeping space. The flat has a full bathroom with shower and a guest toilet. To ensure maximum comfort in all seasons, this property is equipped with air conditioning in every room, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your personal preferences. Enjoy the panoramic ocean view from the balcony, the perfect place to relax at sunset. For added convenience, the flat includes a private car park. In addition, the building is equipped with a lift, making access easy and accessible for everyone. AREA Situated in one of Funchal's most prestigious tourist areas, this flat is close to a pleasant seafront promenade, beaches, supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and the Forum Madeira shopping centre, which has several renowned international brands and cinemas. Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine or international dishes. In addition to the nearby options, you can also go to the city centre of Funchal (five minutes away by car) where you will find a greater variety of restaurants and tourist attractions. Next to the flat you'll find a beach with a natural swimming pool where you can take your morning dip. It’s also just 5-minutes walk to get to Praia Formosa. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There are bus stops nearby. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property.
