With a capacity for up to 6 guests, it's the ideal choice for families or groups seeking an elegant and well-equipped stay in Madeira. The property is laid out on a single level with bright and spacious interiors. It includes a master suite with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom; a double bedroom with a queen-size bed; and a twin bedroom with two single beds. There is also a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest WC. The open-plan living and dining room has direct access to the balcony, which is shared with the suite. The balcony features an outdoor dining table and a lounge area – perfect for relaxing in Madeira’s mild climate. The fully equipped kitchen includes a separate laundry area. All living spaces are air-conditioned, ensuring maximum comfort year-round. AREA Located in Funchal, Promenade II offers easy access to restaurants, shops, services, and the city's seafront. A strategic location for exploring the city, enjoying scenic walks by the ocean, and experiencing the peaceful lifestyle of Madeira – all with the convenience of urban amenities close by. GETTING AROUND The best option to get to the property will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address. There is a bus stop 2 minutes walk from the apartment. ACCESS TO PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax. \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID.
