The comfort and a subtle personalized artistic touch, created for this apartment, you’ll have a vacation that will fill your heart with good sensations. With two bedrooms and lots of natural light, this apartment has recently been refurbished to give maximum comfort to all who will enjoy this magnificent property. The whole apartment invites you to have a good time, in a combination of the wonderful view of the bay of the city and the creative and intervention of the artist, Carla Cabral. The property is close to the city center (five minutes walk), and the road accesses that allow you to quickly move to the east or west side of the island. With a maximum capacity of four people, the house is fully equipped with all basic amenities. THE NEIGHBORHOOD OVERVIEW Guests have easy access to several restaurants in the surrounding area. Most shops, shopping centers, and supermarkets are fifteen minutes’ walk away. This flat is situated close to the famous Farmers’ Market (Mercado dos Lavradores), the historic center of Funchal (locally known as ‘Zona Velha’) and the Cathedral. From here you can explore by foot many of the main tourist attractions of our beautiful town. (e.g. The Cable Car, Funchal Marina, CR7 Museum, Madeira Wine Lodge, etc …) GETTING AROUND Although a aerobus bus stop for airport arrivals and departures is within 20 minutes walk distance from the flat, we recommend the private transfer service as the best option to get to the flat. Contact us in advance to schedule a private transfer car with our local partners. It is cheaper than taking a taxi by your own in the airport! GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to all areas of the flat. INTERACTION WITH GUESTS We are always at your disposal to help or answer your questions. You can contact us via our mobile numbers or by email. We will do our best to meet your requests. OTHER OBSERVATIONS \- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (E.g. passport, identity card). \- Check-in must be scheduled in advance. Wir mussten leider das Bad erstmal richtig saubermachen, es war eine Zumutung. Alt kann ein Bad sein, aber nicht dreckig. Am Abend des Check in mussten wir auch erstmal eine Kakerlake töten, die in unserem Apartment unterwegs war. If it was myself i would definitely stay again. However, for my dad it wasn't ideal as to far away from funchal centre. For people who struggle with legs knees etc taxi or car must be available.
