Surrounded by restaurants and bars, you will find the market, cable car to Monte, main shopping areas, the marina and sea promenade, and many other points of interest within a 10 minute walk. This apartment is located on a lower floor, so is more exposed to the movement of people and also to the hubbub coming from the restaurants and bars that are open until 02H00. Part of a small block of 5 Apartments over three floors, this one-bedroomed apartment has an open-plan lounge and dining area for 4, with sofa bed (1,40m) flat-screen TV and digital channel box and free Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped, with a 4-ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee-machine and kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. The separate bedroom features a king-size bed and is next to the shower-room with single washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet.
