Welcome to my apartment!  
  
This delightful 85 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this relaxing city. It is located on the 1st floor and has a lift access.   
  
The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city.  
  
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals. A dishwasher and a washing machine are added for extra comfort.  
  
The main bedroom is modernly decorated and includes a double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable double bed and ample wardrobe space.  
  
The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.  
  
There is a lovely balcony where guests can enjoy the sunlight and a beautiful view.  
  
Cleaning will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Funchal, the capital of Madeira, is a stunning coastal city known for its lush gardens, historic charm, and breathtaking ocean views. Nestled between the mountains and the Atlantic, it offers visitors a mix of nature, culture, and relaxation. Wander through the vibrant Mercado dos Lavradores, where fresh produce and exotic flowers fill the air with fragrance and color, or take a stroll through the charming Old Town, home to traditional Portuguese architecture and lively cafés. The famous Monte Palace Tropical Garden is also a must-visit, boasting exotic plants, koi ponds, and sweeping island views.  
  
For adventure seekers, Funchal serves as the perfect base for exploring Madeira’s rugged beauty. Visitors can take a thrilling cable car ride up to Monte, followed by a unique wicker toboggan ride back down the winding streets. Dolphin and whale-watching tours depart from the city’s marina, offering an unforgettable experience on the open sea. In the evening, Funchal’s seafront promenade comes alive with fantastic restaurants serving fresh seafood and the island’s iconic dish, espetada, paired with Madeira wine.  
  
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.  
  
The nearest bus station, CAM Pilar Bar Janota D (line 740, is just a 3-minutes walk.  
  
Madeira Airport is a 17-minute drive from the property.  
  
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.  
  
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.  
  
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.  
  
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.  
  
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.  
  
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).  
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.  
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
