The property is inserted in a recent building and located in the Piornais, an area of excellence, which has the advantage of being quiet and close to the touristic area of Funchal. It has a kitchen, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, and a living room with access to the balcony, where you can relax and contemplate the different colors of the sky in the late afternoon.
In the common area of the building, you will find a swimming pool shared by the condominium, where you can enjoy a swim and sunbathe in the company of friends and family. For those who love exercise, the building has a well-equipped gym.
With a contemporary style and minimalist decor, the property has a maximum capacity for four people and is fully equipped with all the facilities and amenities for a restful vacation in the company of family or friends.
The apartment has one parking space in the building's garage.

AREA
Located in a place with easy access to several restaurants. There is a cafe, a fruit shop and a bakery 500 meters away. The nearest shopping center is a 2-minute drive or 15-minute walk from the apartment.
It is a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk away from Praia Formosa beach. If you prefer to take a dip in the natural pools at Doca do Cavacas, know that you are 18 minutes away if you go on foot or 4 minutes away if you choose to go by car.
You are also a few minutes' walk from the Amparo Public Garden, a leisure park for adults and children.

GETTING AROUND
The best option to get to the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the taxis you find at the airport.
If you rent a car, any navigation app can easily find the address.
To get to the center of Funchal, there are bus stops nearby.

We are always available to help or answer questions. We do our best to reply to all requests. We also have an app for guests with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay.

OTHER OBSERVATIONS
- According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid ID. (passport or identity card).
- Check-in hour must be scheduled in advance. If it is not scheduled within a maximum of 48 hours before, guests will be subject to the availability of our team.
- All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also put a baby cot, a high chair, and a baby bath if needed, but you should request. There are a first aid kit, extinguishers, and fire blanket on the property.

ATTENTION
Please be advised that a Tourist Fee will be charged to all persons staying overnight in the municipality of Funchal. Thus, all customers staying in tourist resorts and/or accommodation establishments, aged 13 or over, will be charged €2.00 per person/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights and a maximum of €14.00 per person/stay. When you arrive, you will receive a link to pay this municipal tax.
