There was no laundry facility, the pictures showed a bathroom facility that was much nicer than ours, there was no staff on site when we arrived, and the first day we were there, there was no hot water for showers, until they turned the heater back on."

"The hotel staff is not always on-site, but they responded promptly to inquiries by email. I had trouble figuring out how to use the shower.
