"Great views of Muskegon lake. Our room was unique. Had a double bed right as you walk in the door. Then a bathroom that divided the room, with a king bed by the sliding patio doors. Lots of room and 2 dressers and tvs. Only thing I didn’t like, no chair or table. Other smaller rooms had table and chairs. Overall it is an awesome hotel and was very pleased with the experience."

"Great option for our golf team! 2 houses connected by an indoor pool. Everything was perfect. Tara was great. Plenty of activities!"

"Very basic room. No coffee pot, small, no electronic plug ins. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Towels average at best. The room was clean and the price was good. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked below average."

"Felt like the property was shutting down for renovation that was sorely needed. The pool was not open nor the hot tub. I was very disappointed, and would not recommend this property to anyone in its current state. To complicate matters, we had a family emergency that called us away early from our trip and did not stay the second night because of that emergency. A refund is expected for the second night since we did not stay that night."

"The staff we interacted with were uniformly helpful and very pleasant. They helped counter some of the frustration from the poor design of the hotel. The design issues weren’t terrible, just frustrating; things like shower curtains not reaching the top of the tub which led to wet floors, the sink faucet being set so close to the edge of the sink that it was impossible to use it without flooding the back of the sink, and very odd design in the room. The latter was notable for the location of the tv, the location of a lamp which blocked the view of a painting, and most problematic, the location of the bedside lamps which were placed too far from the beds to make it possible to use the lamps to read in bed. Again, the friendliness of the staff did help mitigate the annoying aspects of the hotel design."

"Loved the suite for 2 people. Traveled from Ohio for weekend to see Tulips and surrounding towns. Amenities were same as an AirBnb, except more affordable. Room & bathroom were exceptionally clean and updated. Loved all the space, including a rolling dining table, garbage disposal, dishwasher (no d/w tabs/cleanser), refrigerator/freezer and all the dishes you need for a long stay (only missing a wine opener). Conveniently located near shopping, restaurants, historic downtown, and Veldheer Tulip Gardens. Hot breakfast buffet, coffee/tea/juice were a bonus; however, needed more seating. Definitely stay again if more than one night! Added to my Hilton Honors points (loved the complimentary water too)!"
