![The view getting off the ferry at Friday Harbor in San Juan Island. The perfect weekend getaway in western Washington!

If you’re driving, you can drive on the ferry from Anacortes. However, for a quicker trip from downtown Seattle, you can walk on the Clipper at the Seattle waterfront (no cars) and sail all the way directly to Friday Harbor! If you’re lucky, you may see some orcas - I saw about a dozen, including calves jumping out of the water when I went in July last year!

« L'hôtel est cher par rapport à ce qui est offert ; la chambre, le lit, la salle de bain sont petits ; la salle pour le petit déj est également petite ; garer sa voiture est difficile, l'hôtel n'ayant pas de parking, le stationnement à Friday Harbor étant très réglementé. J'ai séjourné dans des hôtels moins chers et plus classe! De plus, vous découvrez des boules Quiès sur la table de nuit car il y a du bruit... Personne pour le check out quand vous prenez le bateau de 8h ( et donc pas de petit...

« This place is cute and quaint, and the location is perfect - walkable to everything in the main "village" area. The rooms are unique (I peaked inside a few) and homey, and there are many lovely common areas such as outdoor seating and a wraparound porch. It was calm and quiet despite being fully booked, and when we did run into other guests it felt like we were all friends staying together. »

« It was so great. I love staying at this place. Pleace is seems upto date on most of the features and pleace have everything you need for getaway. Two badroom with queen bad. Even one bad has sleep number mattress and full kitchen with all the gears, fantatic view( if you choose the water view room)..close to main street. ThingS I can think of not great part was water pressure on the bathroom sink and no one in the office all the time. Over all it was great and comfortable stay and definitely...

« Communication was amazing, had the room ready for our late arrival, our little dog was so cute on the dog bed and all the cool snacks. It was a wonderful and lovely stay and I wish it wasn't a business trip. We would have stayed another evening. »
