Take in the 180 degree view from Spieden Island to Mount Baker. You will welcome the amazing morning sunrises to spectacular sunsets from this uniquely situated home. We supply crab pots, shrimp pots and dip nets which you can use right off the beach. Go down at night with a flashlight and the dip net. Shine the light into the water and the shrimp come to the surface. Some guests like to scuba dive off our property which is full of crab and scallop. Except at very high tide, at the bottom of the wooden stairs, there is a cove to launch kayaks. This side of the Island is the safest for kayaking and almost always calm. The open floor plan in this home has a spiral staircase to sleeping loft that sleeps 4\. The bedroom has super-comfortable California King bed with views of the water. The casual dining right off the completely equipped kitchen and just steps from the outdoor deck. Wood stove in the living room will make this a pleasant stay in cooler months too! The views were amazing. The home quiet and secluded. Great Communication from the host, along with many ideas of what to do. My partner and I came to San Juan Island for my birthday and this place made our stay magical! Waking up and being able to step out and look at the water off the back deck was so peaceful.
