"the property manager gave us the wrong key code. We called the emergency line and was on hold for 45 minutes. It was freezing out and water dripped on us while we were standing on the porch on hold. we were n the porch as there was no cell service in the area. we were using the wifi in the unit. We finely called reservations and connected with an agent who confirmed that we were given the wrong code. she help us get in th property"

"We loved staying here. The unit is cozy and nicely decorated, and the view from the deck was spectacular. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds off the kitchen. We would definitely stay again."
