"Staying at the Strandly Hotel was the highlight of our visit in Denmark! Our room was beautiful, open and bright and clean Thomas and Didde were so welcoming! They have a lovely hotel with such charm. Every morning we came down stairs to a delicious breakfast of fresh breads, cheeses, fruits , yogurts, sliced meats , eggs and so much more. They had teas , coffe and juices. We were thrilled. Throughout the day you could order sodas , coffees and wines and other spirits at cocktail hour. The location is perfect , easy to walk into the charming town and across the street from their beautiful beaches. Thank you so much for our beautiful weeks stay. Although the United States is far away, we hope we can return to Skagen and the Strandly hotel soon. Thank you again Thomas and Didde for making our visit so memorable. 🙌🙌"

"The hotel is located 5 minutes drive away from the ferry terminal, which was the reason we booked it in the first place. Our stay was pleasant overall. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but you can get complimentary tea and a decent coffee at reception, but they close at 9pm. Breakfast was average, with one or two hot food options - hard boiled eggs and omelet. Given the same requirements i would stay there again."

"Conference-style hotel on w edge of town but a great location for a stopover before/after the ferry to Norway. Spacious Business room with good seating, comfy beds, nice bathroom. Buffet breakfast was outstanding in choice and quality, although a second coffee machine would have reduced wait times. Highly recommended"

"For what I paid and required, this was ideal. The room had a bed, TV, bathroom and towels so basic but travelling alone it was all I needed as a base. Breakfast was very good at the Best Western a 2-minute walk down the street. Train station is very close to the hotel. I went out for some morning runs up the coast out of town from the hotel. "
