The location was great with easy walking distance to the majority of downtown Fredericksburg. The cottage seemed very new and everything was in working condition. The bed and linens were comfortable and the shower was fine. One comment is if you are a light sleeper and go to bed early on a weekend night there was a fair amount of noise from a neighboring bar until 11 or 12\. It did not bother us but I could see someone having a problem with it. I would describe it as loud enough that I kne what song was playing, but not so loud as to impact a conversation in the cabin. ##### dan c. The property is very clean and comfortable with charming decor. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to museums, restaurants, and shops. And even though it is just off of main street, it is just far enough back that it was also quiet. Nice amenities and a strong wifi signal were much appreciated. ##### Ann W. My husband and I stayed here for a quick one night trip. This was and Excellent choice for a romantic getaway. The cabin is new and very well done, beautifully decorated. It has everything you need. Right off of Main St, the perfect location, nice and quiet even as close as it was to the attractions. Space was immaculately clean and cool, even with the hot Texas temperature. Ironing board/iron and dishes included (which we didn't know ahead of time). Instructions from management company were clear and simple, we will definitely will stay here again. ##### misty e. The chandeliers had bulbs but didn’t work and were too high to be reached. The television had no live tv and would not accept casting from our devices. The bed was very high and hard to get into.
