« The place was absolutely filthy when I arrived. Wasnt swept or wiped down, cookware was filthy, toothpaste in the bathroom sink, bath matt was covered in dirt and debris. Internet was also unavailable for 99% of my stay. It didnt help either that I was unable to contact the host for the most part. The worst part was the presence of fleas (I think thats what they were). I woke up every morning with a new bites on my feet and ankles. « This was supposed to have been an anniversary stay. It was not cozy, clean or anything I expected. While the manager was easy to contact. He refused to see the problems with the property. He acknowledged knowing some of the issued and said they could have had maintenance take care of them had I elected to stay. I felt as if that should have been addressed before my stay. I tried to get a partial refund. They refused. We stayed no nights!! When I advised I was going to leave a negative review....
