He said it was comfortable and cozy. It was just a short walk to the downtown area. The guest house was stylish and cute. Perfect size for us. Although, we could easily bring our 11 year old given the fold out bed. The owners were communicative to our questions. It was a great spot. Will come stay again! ##### Michelle g. Bathroom is on the other side of the living room from bedroom. The air conditioner is very loud and very temporary. You should install a mini split Sewage pump makes a loud noise at end of a cycle you should have it checked. The parking on the street just over the brow of a hill is a bit treacherous.
