"My reservation had been canceled so I had to rebook on the spot, loosing my discount. The door to my room would not lock from the outside when I would leave. The TV remote did not work so I had to change the channel by going to the satellite box and manually changing it. I was told that there was no working remote for that room. Breakfast was a joke. No glasses for milk, very little provided. We, along with other guest, ended up going to a fast food restaurant for breakfast. Overall, a very bad experience."

"We absolutely loved our stay here. This tiny home is truly something special—peaceful, private, and surrounded by such beautiful scenery. It is, without a doubt, the best place we’ve stayed in Franklin, NC.The home itself is absolutely darling and has everything you need, with thoughtful touches that make it feel cozy and welcoming. The property is extremely private, which made it the perfect place to relax during a very busy and stressful time for us.Debra was wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing dates during our move to our new home, which made the entire process so much less stressful. That kind of kindness and flexibility is rare and truly appreciated.We are so grateful for our stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway."
