The operator/owner are very nice. The house is quiet old time but clean and comfort. Breakfast was excellent. The only problem is that the old house does not provide sound proof between rooms, I can hear the exact works spoken in next door.

Property is beautiful with breathtaking views ! The fire pits , sauna and hot hubs are a great addition to a great motel ! Early sunrise viewing a must ! North Adams is a great town nearby -

Great bunk beds, excellent king size bed & sheets. Wood burning fireplace and room finishings showed really nice attention to detail. Charming restored farm house with ponds on property. One in window AC unit was rather loud, but we could live without it while sleeping (wasn't super hot).

Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Lovely setting on the river. Very comfortable bed. Will recommend to family and friends who may be visiting the area. So glad we stayed there!

This is a great hotel. Large rooms, great amenities and a steak house restaurant that is superb. We like it so much we are staying an extra night.

We only stayed the one night but the experience was very good. The staff went out of their way to make our visit enjoyable, recommending places to eat and local attractions. It has a lovely little courtyard. Breakfast was very good.

The room is clean, well stocked and spacious. Check in was smooth oth and the front desk staff was warm and helpful.

We stayed 5 days in the ground floor coach house room which was a lovely, large room with a sitting and dinning area as well as a private patio area. The room was lovely, AC worked great on an extremely hot week and the breakfast, all days snacks and common area were great as well. The staff was helpful with tips about things to do in the area. We had a great visit.

Beautiful! You do have to ask to have your room cleaned, which is surprising but everything was perfect other than that.
