"The valet service was so slow we had to wait over an hour to even get into the hotel then we get to the hotel and go downstairs to the bar. Nobody comes to us for at least 30 minutes. This weight staff is terrible absolutely terrible. I didn’t even wanna tip them a dollar but my daughter made me."

"The bad first. The room needed cleaning. Trash behind the nightstand. There were dirty spots on the bathroom walls from shower steam condensation that the vent fan could not remove because the vent is plugged with dust. The toilet would keep running; the handle was sticking. You had to wiggle the handle to make it stop. The room refrigerator made noises when it turned on. The good. The young lady who checked us in and dealt with us daily was very friendly and helpful. This was the highlight of the stay."

"Hotel had a great breakfast! Was a great location for the event we were attending and the room was very clean and fresh!"

"The man at the desk seemed upset and bothered that I booked with a third party (hotels.com) He even doubted that I had already paid and wanted to charge me again. I asked if there was shopping near I was told quickly no. I used Google maps and surprisingly there was a large shopping mall 15 min drive away. I consider that close. The water in the shower was cold as it ran in the tub. Cold enough that I considered asking for a new room, when the water was switched to the shower head it warmed up enough to shower. The temperature was usable but not as enjoyable as home. The ice machine only gives out about enough to fill a bucket then needs to make more. The ice machine on the 1st floor was not even on. We did not eat on property, but Sunday morning there was a lot of trash in the lobby and outside like beer bottles and pizza stuff."

"The only thing bad was the elevators were kinda scary lol lots of popping and slowly opening doors felt like we were stuck in one "

"Our room didn’t have a fridge which was a problem because we brought food with us. The shower didn’t work so the maintenance guy had to come to our room and attempt to fix it. It actually fix it he needed to shut the water off and disassemble the unit so we couldn’t use the shower more than 1x before the problem came back. The heat vents rattled every time the heat cycles on which was often. The cook didn’t show up so there was no breakfast option both days and we were charged for it. Overall it was not a good experience. We won’t be back."
