"Was pee and poop on the back of the toilet upon arrival. The elevator had stopped working which became an issue for my disabled wife! The the day of check out at 8am the property people came INTO my room as I was undressed and accused me of smoking.! As a single women with me and my son being the only guest. It’s weird that a grown man would walk in while we were asleep! "

"Wonderful stay at the Homewood Suites Hilton Downtown Raleigh! The staff was very friendly and helpful!  The location near the Raleigh  Convention Center was great and the food made my stay truly exceptional."

"The lobby and hallways were clean and somewhat modern however there too many "loitering" parking and lobby area. The room was ok but chair in the room was "UTTERLY DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY" it should be thrown out or thoroughly deep cleaned."
