"I had a one day stay at this property. The rom I got checked in to had bugs in it. I had to kill a couple of them but found some more. I reported it to the receptionist. She was gracious to check me into a different unit. Got to the other unit and realized that the sliding window doesn’t lock. Even though I was in the second floor (one floor above ground floor), it felt unsafe because I was traveling with my passport. So I informed the receptionist about this, and she mentioned that most or all the sliding windows in the property don’t lock. Her words exactly. That was a very odd thing to realize. She offered to notify the maintenance lady about it, and proceeded to texting her, but told me it might take a while for her to get to me. After waiting close to 50 mins without being attended to, and because it was getting late in the day, I decided to check out, essentially forfeiting my reservation. The managers could do better with running the establishment, which seems to be a decent place."
