"Overall a great stay at a reasonable price. However, the first room is was given had not been cleaned. Not the desks fault because the cleaner had marked it clean. The young lady at the desk did fix everything and I was happy with the way she handled the situation. She definitely deserves a pat on the back."

"Wonderful experience. I was in town for literally 24 hours for a wedding, they were able to accommodate early check in which was so appreciated! My first room had an issue with the AC but I was rushing for the wedding so I mentioned it on my way out, hoping maintenance could fix while I was gone. Immediately Bee at the front desk had it handled! At 11pm when I came back from the wedding, she had arranged for my room to be switched and the AC in that room was perfect. Also a shoutout to Tiana and Ashley at the front desk. These 3 women are 10/10!"
