"Loved our stay. What a unique home. Gloria was so kind and gracious. Home was in an older historic building, which was very well kept and well appointed. Felt like I was traveling back in time, in a good way. A fun quirky vibe and decor. Building locks with those old skeleton keys. So fun. Such a good location, central to town. Beach walkable in 5 minutes. Would stay again! Thank you Gloria! A wonderful stay."

"Die Vermieter Daniela und Pietro sind sehr liebenswürdige und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Das Ferienhaus haben wir in einem sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand übernommen. Die gesamte Anlage ist traumhaft mit einem überdachten PW-Parkfeld. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet mit sehr viel und schönem Geschirr. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an Daniela und Pietro 🙏"

"Wir waren mit vier Kindern und Hund vor Ort. Haus und Garten sind geräumig und bieten alles was man braucht. Geschirr für sechs ist vorhanden. Und ja, es gibt bellende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, aber das hat sich alles im Rahmen gehalten .gerade für den Aufenthalt mit Hund ist das Haus perfekt. Zum Strand ist es etwas länger zu laufen, ca. 15 Min. aber dafür ist die Lage sehr schön ruhig."

"We had a great week at the house of Gemma and Andrea. The apartment is big and well equipped, perfect for a family with 3 little children. There is beautiful garden, where the kids can play, and learn something about nature as well, as Gemma and Andrea have a wonderful vegetable garden. The location is perfect, close to the beach, but also close to Pisa and Luca. Gemma and Andrea are really nice, friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend this place!"

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir mochten die Familie, die auch in dem Haus lebt (natürlich separater Teil im Haus) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Pool im sehr gepflegten Garten hat uns bei den hohen Temperaturen geholfen uns etwas abzukühlen. Wirklich tolle Unterkunft."

"Huge garden, completely fenced. Our dog had the time of his life and we didn’t need to worry him running away. Situated in a quiet environment, but close to the city and the supermarkets. The house was equipped with (more) than enough utensils. The owners are very nice people that are always willing to help. We are glad that we decided to choose this house."

"The property ticked all boxes for me and my family. We wanted an affordable, well maintained air conditioned house that we could use as our base as we explore the beach resorts on the Versilia coast line. Pietrasanta we found to be the best town to go to for evening meals. Luca the host was very helpful before and during our stay and provided good advice which saved us time and money when it came to which bagnos to go to. "Het is een vrijstaand huis met een grote tuin die je in zijn geheel tot je beschikking hebt. Communicatie met de verhuurder was goed tijdens ons verblijf. Het huis is van binnen ruim en bied alles wat je nodig hebt. De douches vonden wij wel erg krap, en op sommige punten zijn er wel dingen aan vervanging toe, daar hebben we ons weleens aan gestoord omdat het erg kwetsbaar aanvoelde. "We are a family of 6 and it was a great setup and location near the beach, as well as a short distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive both prior to and during our stay. Only suggestion would be to have additional bicycles to get around town - nearest bike shop to rent bikes is a bit of a walk from the house. Overall, excellent stay! Would definitely recommend."

"J’ai trouvé la maison humide, pas propre avec une forte odeur de renfermé. Les portes et les fenêtres très difficiles à ouvrir. Dès que lus ouvrions pour aérer l’intérieur, oui étions infesté de moustiques Nous sommes rentrés plus tôt car nous toussions beaucoup et nous avons eu peur pour notre petit fils qui est âgé de 5ans et demi."

House was filthy and lived in. Said had garden. It was not a garden. We left immediately and did not stay . We are filing dispute with vrbo. This property should not be allowed to list"

"Nice house and location. No air in the main part of the house and no screens- bugs when windows were open. I asked about bugs before I booked. The owner gave us a fan. Extra pillows and pillow cases would have been nice. I know it’s vrbo however, body soap and have soap would have been nice. The owner was very concerned about us taking out the garbage. Hospitality was ok."
