COMICS LUCCA 2025 – EXCELLENT LOCATION just steps from Viareggio station; the train reaches Lucca in 20 minutes, right in the heart of the LUCCA COMICS & GAMES 2025 FRENCH KISS event, from October 29th to November 2nd, 2025\. The holiday home Villino Flora in Viareggio offers you everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a large equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, and can accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. Perfect for families, the property is conveniently located close to essential services: only 300 metres from the city centre, 800 metres from the sea, and 100 metres from the train station. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property follows guidelines to help you separate waste correctly; further information is available on site.
