Having to pay large deposit upfront in order to stay. I never had to do that before, think that it should have been informed before I made reservations. Last month we stayed next store and they didn’t charge fee.

Everything about the property was great other than the shower. The facet didn’t fully close to allow the water to come out of the shower head. Very noisy. Also had neighbors upstairs stomping their feet the whole night. But that’s not the hotels fault.

Friendly and clean
The gentleman at the front desk at check in was very friendly and provided excellent service (same with the lady at check out). The noise level was great and the room was clean. I would stay again.

Ok stay don’t think we will be back due to servir
Ok place to stay. Front desk woman at check in was nice. Housekeeping was nice. Evening shift employee wasn’t very welcoming or apologetic. They didn’t supply any bedding for sofa bed. When I had to go request I was questioned as if I was sure it was missing. Then was only supplied 3 towels for a party of 5. When I had to ask for more towel I was treated like a bother and questioned as well. Not very welcoming. Don’t think we will stay again due to those 2 situations. Plenty of other options in that area.

Best stay in a while, I would definitely recommend
Friendly front desk, willing to talk about the area and give us recommendations. I was happy with the entire stay. I loved the smell of clean the room had when we walked in! The room was clean and the bed comfy. This was the best stay we have had in a while and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We would stay again
Very comfortable, clean, staff was pleasant.. 2 issues… we needed 2 bars of soap. One for the sink & 1 for bath. Breakfast was prepared very nice, hot and good selection. We would stay again.

My overall stay was fantastic, I like that I was able to book an extra night in my same room as well as able to check in early when we got there. Very clean and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

The room was fair but smelled Musty I did report to the front desk. I asked for some air freshener but it would have been better to change rooms. When you used the shower the bathroom light would also flicker. I would not stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was rude and made me pay another $150 on top of what I’ve already paid because Expedia is a third-party! I’ve always used Expedia and have never had a problem until this nasty property!!! I highly recommend staying somewhere else don’t stay at this property!!!!

Our agent mentioned to you that the 150 was just a preauthorized deposit because the hotel needs insurance due to your credit card not being on file. When you don't book directly with the hotel unfortunately this insurance is needed.

There was no soap or shampoo in the room. The room was comfortable and the Hotel was easy to get to.

Check in was easy. Rick did a great job and did his best to take care of us. When we got to the room, the toilet was dirty. The gentleman who was part off the cleaning staff gave me attitude and argued with Rick about having to clean the toilet. Less than 24 hours after checking in, someone attempted to steal my trailer hitch of my truck in the parking lot, breaking the lock on it. Overall, it was one of the least enjoyable experiences I’ve had at a hotel. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone stay at this location.
