Our stay was absolutely terrible, to the point of not even staying there and actually leaving to find another hotel. They are renovating and should not be open to customers because of how filthy and unhealthy the environment is for guests. Our room was filthy and not a place for children to crawl around. There is no elevator and shower curtains to protect you from the construction. The price of the hotel is way too expensive for the experience you encounter.

As you rightly pointed out, the property is undergoing renovations/repairs. This is to ensure we are able to offer a superior experience to our guests in the near future. We realize that staying in a hotel undergoing refurbishment might pose some challenges with dust and noise; thus, there is a note under Hotel Alerts on our brand website to inform prospective guests about the ongoing renovation. It sounds like you missed this information. We are doing our best to keep guests as far as possible from the renovation areas and to manage the situation to disrupt our guests as little as possible. Upon investigation, we were made aware of the fact that our team did offer to change your room; however, this was not acceptable to you, and you only wanted to check out. It's unfortunate that despite our sincere efforts to get your visit back on track, we failed to ensure your satisfaction or change your impression of our hotel. About the elevator, while we don't have elevators at our hotel, we could have explored the feasibility of accommodating you on the first floor if you had mentioned this issue during your visit. Thank you for your candid feedback and for bringing these matters to our attention. While it is somewhat discouraging, feedback such as yours helps us make the necessary improvements for superior guest experiences in the future. I am sorry, but we didn't care for the room we stayed in. When I went into the bathroom, the commode hadn't been cleaned. Someone had gone to the bathroom and didn't flush the commode, and it wasn't urine that hadn't been flushed. Obviously, no one had cleaned it. It looked like there was some mold around the tub and sink too.

Reserved a room on-line as a pet friendly hotel. In my registration I advised them of the need for an accessible room, as well as the fact we would have our dog with us. Upon arrival that night we were told they were not pet friendly, that the site was outdated, and we had to go elsewhere. We had stayed there in the past, but never again. We found a newer, less expensive, mor accomodaying hotel 2 blocks away.

While we were waiting for the site to be updated by Expedia, we had increased the daily pet fees to 250 per night to dissuade any guests with pets. Upon investigation, we were made aware of the fact that the room in which you stayed has brand-new luxury vinyl plank flooring, so we are a bit confused by your review. There's a very small carpet area under the sink, which will soon be replaced by brand-new tiles. We are in the process of upgrading our flooring in all rooms, and 75% of all our rooms have brand-new flooring already, including the one assigned to you in the bedroom area. Also, our staff is always happy to assist with printing any documents as needed upon request. I liked location, staff was friendly, breakfast and coffee was good, close parking, bed was very comfortable, facilities were very clean, room was big, bathtub was nice. Good enough for one night
Requested a handicapped accessible room. When I arrived they said it was a HEARING accessible room. Never heard of a hearing accessible room. Charged me extra $10 for a handicapped room. Very noisy area and sirens constantly going off. Front desk girl was mopping the floor in the lobby at 10 am when people were trying to check out and we couldn't get to the front desk. Stupid time to block off the tiny lobby!

The property is undergoing renovations. My room was in the section that was renovated. The room was in good shape, clean and quiet except when the hall was vacuumed at 11 pm. The bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and friendly but every single person I met spoke Spanish as their primary language. The pool was closed. Housekeeping only cleans the rooms every 4 days resulting in a buildup of trash and used towels in my room. My room was promptly cleaned and new towels brought when I complained. There was limited parking because construction and storage trailers took up so much space.

The property, as you rightly pointed out, is currently undergoing renovations/repairs. This is to ensure that we are able to offer a superior experience to our guests in the near future. We recognize that staying in a hotel undergoing refurbishment can be somewhat inconvenient, and we are trying to manage the situation to disrupt our guests as little as possible. We still apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the limited parking space during renovations. Your comment about the vacuuming of the hall at 11 pm is duly noted, and it is strange that this happened. We do not usually vacuum around 11 pm, but we do it as a part of our daily property walk to make sure all hallways are clean at all times. We will, however, alert our team to your comments. Unfortunately, from time to time, we are required to perform maintenance on different areas of the hotel. In this instance, the pool needed attention, and thus was closed for renovations. Kindly note that while several of our staff members speak Spanish as their primary language, our multilingual team is fully equipped to provide customer support in the English language. As for housekeeping, to promote an uninterrupted stay, our service policy is to offer housekeeping services upon request for shorter visits. If guests need service sooner or additional towels, toiletries, and linens, they can request this at the front desk. We are, however, glad to hear that our staff addressed your concern and had the room cleaned promptly and new towels brought upon request.
