Ocean House, the PERFECT getaway, has 4 bedrooms w/ 5 total beds in 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, & only 3 miles to the beach/2 miles to downtown! Most baby items & cooking amenities are provided. Basketball, Pickleball courts, and a playground are just across the street! TVs in every room. Boats & RVs welcome! Amenities include an arcade, ping-pong, put-put, fire pit, piano, & grill. The Space:
The Ocean House is a very spacious 1,902 square foot Short-Term Rental that includes a split floor plan with two bedrooms w/ two full bathrooms to the left and two guest bedrooms with one full bathroom to the right as you enter. The kitchen and living room includes an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The 2 car garage includes a ping pong table, grill, beach equipment and more. The master bedroom includes a private entrance. The backyard is fenced that comes up to the waist. Please be advised that there are a few small gaps are within the fence, which may pose an issue for smaller dogs to escape.

Guest Access:
You’ll receive a personalized digital code at check-in to access the home. Check-in time is 4 PM, and if early check-in is approved, you’ll be able to arrive as early as 1 PM. The STR has a Schlage lock with a keypad and deadbolt knob. To unlock, enter the code and turn the deadbolt knob to the left. To lock, press the Schlage button at the top of the keypad and turn the deadbolt knob to the right.

The Neighborhood:
Location, location, location. Vesta Heights is a very safe, family-friendly neighborhood with 15 public schools in the city. The city of Fort Walton Beach has a strong military community with more than 6 military bases, camps and airfields in the immediate area. All of your favorite restaurants, is right down the street. Jet Drive Park is 100 meters away from the front door and includes a playground, open field, pickle ball and basketball courts.

Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Walton Beach is relatively easy, though public transportation options are somewhat limited. For the most convenience and flexibility, driving is the best way to explore the area. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available and offer a reliable way to reach nearby destinations such as Downtown Fort Walton Beach, Okaloosa Island, and the surrounding attractions. Biking is also an option for shorter trips, and many roads in the area are bike-friendly. If you're planning to explore beyond the city or travel on your own schedule, a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended.

Other Things to Note:
The booking guest will be required to complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement prior to receiving check-in instructions. Check-in instructions will not be sent to the guests without the agreement executed.

Ocean House has 2 driveways for plenty of parking. One single-lane driveway, located near the front door, can accommodate 2 large trucks and a double-lane driveway, located on the side of the house, can accommodate 4 large trucks.
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 4 pets per reservation. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $75 for up to 2 pets
- $150 for up to 4 pets

This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations.

To help maintain the home, we kindly ask that you crate your pets when left unattended. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Thank you for helping us keep the space comfortable for all guests—human and four-legged alike!

For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:
- Above the Front Door
- In the Backyard

There are no cameras inside the house. These cameras are installed solely to help protect our guests and the property.

Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests. For groups larger than 6 (up to a maximum of 10 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep Ocean House in great shape for everyone!

Interaction with Guests:
For the most efficient response, please communicate with the Ronin Stays Team directly through your booking platform’s (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, and etc) messaging system. If you booked through our website, email is the best way to reach us. Our team actively monitors messages 24/7 to ensure timely support.

Please note that while our team is responsive after hours, some services may be limited during that time. We typically do not engage in direct guest interaction unless it is an urgent or emergency situation.

All of our Short-Term Rentals are self check-in to ensure a smooth arrival and to respect your privacy. Rest assured, detailed instructions and everything you need for check-in will be provided in advance.
