GROUND FLOOR CONDO! 100% complete remodel of the entire condo. New kitchen, dining room, island in dining room, bathroom, new shower/tub, vanity with granite top, new toilet, etc, bunk beds, bedroom! Even new drywall, lighting, ceiling fans, etc. 1 1/2 MILES TO EMERALD COAST CONVENTION CENTER Spacious 1 bedroom fully furnished condo located at sunset cottages on beautiful Okaloosa Island. Only 100 yards from the Gulf of Mexico. The swimming pool is located directly out of the back door. This cozy condo is decorated in tropical decor. This condo sleeps 6 people comfortably, has a large master bedroom, two built in bunk beds and a large sleeper sofa. You will truly enjoy every minute of your stay at our condo. So take your shoes off and enjoy! If traveling with family or friends we have three condo units available, all three are 1 bedroom units, 2 on ground floor and one on the second floor.

We loved the proximity to the beach and activities. Had wonderful dinning options very close by. Crab island, sunset cruise, and shopping was also amazing. Overall great value, great experience. Will be back!

Wonderful cottage just steps from the beach. We felt so comfortable that we were actually depressed to leave. Clean, comfee and stocked just right. Cant wait to go back.

Great place with great beach access

This cute ground floor condo was perfect for 3 adults. It was clean, well stocked and quite comfortable. The recliner was a plus! Although this is not right on the beach, it is a very short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. Great experience with the host who kept us informed right from the time of booking and throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Great beach location!

The Sunset Cottage was an easy, short walk to the beach and had plenty of parking right next to the unit. The beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa! Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. A better description of the location of the lock box (mounted on the door frame near the AC units) and more visible numbers would have made the self check-in even easier. We had a great stay and would stay there again!

Loved this place! Good size for a couple & kids!

We took our 3 kids for 3 nights and felt like we were right at home! You can't see the beach directly but it is such a short walk. We loved that there was always parking available right beside the room. Short drive to everything. Owners respond quickly to concerns.

Beautiful and relaxing!

We spent our Spring Break there this year and it was amazing. The beach is so beautiful and the condo makes it such a nice vacation! We have 3 kids and love having a kitchen and more homey place to stay. The unit is clean and there was not anything else we could ask for. It is amazing how nice it is to even have a washer and dryer with 3 kids. Needless to say, the kids had a blast and we cant wait to return this July!

Beach Condo

What a great spot! The condo was spotless and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was so close to the beach. You walk outside and the beach access is literally steps away from the door. We didn’t use the pool because we were at the beach the whole time. The umbrella and lounge chair service at the beach was an added bonus. Less stuff to carry.

Clean, close to beach, relaxing condo!

We are a family of 4 with two kids under 10 plus our dog. We've been to this area many times and tried new places each time but nothing quite stuck. Ron and Michelle's condo was by far our favorite. We loved the "borrow bins" and didnt have to worry about bringing chairs or beach toys. The beach access is about a minute walk. Everyone at the condo is very friendly. The pool is right outside the door but it's not noisy whatsoever. I enjoyed sitting in the chair hearing the birds chirping! Condo was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We will be back!

Exceeded expectations

Cleanest property I've stayed at thus far. I am very detail oriented & I was blown away by your property! Thank you for exceeding my expectations. I could smell the laundry detergent on the sheets! I've never felt more at home. You delivered everything that you said the property was. When I arrived, I had issues finding out how to get into our condo, but my call was answered immediately. Very happy with our stay!

Lovely Stay!!

Our stay was amazing! We had such a great time! Ron & Michelle are very caring & responsive. They want you to enjoy your stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, with nice decor. Beach access is so close! Just a few steps away! Great location, not loud and busy. Our stay was quiet. We had people staying above us but never knew it until we talked with them from their balcony. Everyone was very nice. The heated pool was a big plus as the weather was a bit chillier for the first couple days of our stay. It's very close to the Gulfarium and several choices for dining. It was myself, husband & 4 children. Everyone slept comfortably in the bed room, bunk beds and pull out sofa. The washer & dryer is a bonus to keep up with laundry. We definitely recommend & hopefully someday will visit again! Thank you Ron & Michelle!

So close to beach! Clean and just what we needed!

We stayed here with 4 school aged boys 6-12yo. The walk to the beach was shorter than the large condo building we stayed at last year!! It is practically on the beach. We were on the ground level which was great. We had everything we needed and even borrowed some extra chairs that were there at the unit. I was worried about noise from the pool swimmers which is right outside the bedroom door but everyone was awesome about not being in pool area past bedtime. We were able to park right by the door to the unit and a dumpster was right there as well so we didn't have a long haul to dispose trash bags. We would stay again. Of course the white sand beaches were beautiful and the water beautiful. No restaurants or bars on the beach , so it was so quiet and family friendly.

Relaxing!

Ron and Michelle are great to work with. They are very responsive and honest. The home was very clean and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable so we slept great. The beach is really only a short walk away. If you visit I would highly recommend Stewby's restaurant which is a mile down the road. They have great shrimp and crab dinners. I had to work a couple of days and the wifi worked great. If you bring your pet there is a dog park that's about 10 minutes away that is pretty nice. The nice thing about this area is that it is far enough away from busy crowds. When we would take our daily walks on the beach there was never more than a dozen people on the beach. I would love to come back again. Thank you Ron and Michelle!

Beautiful condo in paradise!

The condo was decorated beautifully in true beach fashion, with everything we needed and the comforts of home. And, it was super close to the beach. Unfortunately, no beach view from the condo, but it was literally only a couple minutes walk from the front door to feet in the sand and the glorious view of the emerald green waters. The free chair and umbrella service was a nice bonus. Michelle and Ron were absolutely fantastic hosts. They were extremely responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. The only negatives were that the pool was not heated and was very cold, so we didn't get to swim. And, we had a family with 3 small children above us, and the condos are wood construct so we could hear every loud voice, every time their water was in use and every foot step. It sounded like the kids were coming through the ceiling. Overall though, we had a fantastic time on our trip and truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

Really comfy, at-home stay.

We were really pleased with the condo, it was a good size for a family of 4 with small children. The decorations were really great and gave it a "beachy" feel. I was incredibly impressed with how well stocked everything was, the condo had everything we needed. Dishes, pots, pans, lots of counter space, grills out back, patio furniture, washrags/towels, full-size fridge, etc. It was great to be able to run to the grocery store and have everything we needed to fix meals in the condo without spending a ton on restaurants during our week. My kids enjoyed the pool out back throughout the trip. It's not terribly big but they didn't mind one bit. It's 3.5' deep on one end and 5.5' on the other. Even though this condo is on the first floor, we never heard any noise from the pool area from the bedroom, which has a door that opens into the courtyard in the middle. The beach is about a 45-second walk from the condo, super close. We really enjoyed the provide chairs and umbrella and took advantage of that. Do note that you'll have to get out there early to get setup in the front row, otherwise you'll be sitting behind everyone else. I got out there at 7:30am each morning and laid claim to have a seat next to the water to better keep an eye on the kids. Do note that there's a sand wash-off station in the condo courtyard next to the pool, there didn't seem to be any indication it was back there until we just happened to see it (luckily on the first day).
