Fort Necessity National Battlefield Tours and Activities

Room was not the best. We expected so much better. Front desk staff was great BUT #1 restaurant breakfast staff for the WEEKDAYS was not very nice. Order took long, the food we received was for a different table, got they're attention to let them know but we felt as if we were bothering them, then it took even longer to get our breakfast (breakfast WEEKEND staff was great) #2 Bar staff was not very welcoming. I understand it was a busy night with the opposing team also staying at the hotel but that was no reason to overlook us. (Seemed intentional) #3 "City Center" view was horrible. The windows inside and out were so dirty. I was trying to take a picture of the gorgeous sunrise but all I got was a picture of dirt. That was very disappointing. # 4 The refrigerator didn't work. Our food went bad and drinks never got cold. #5 How does such a huge money making hotel not have microwaves in the rooms? #6 Shower felt dirty. It look like they just did a quick wipe, no sanitation of any kind. The shower curtain was a dirty yellow color with black mold at the bottom. Top of it had some blue residue like substance that looked like they attempted to wipe it but forgot or didn't finish. Overall for the amount of money we paid we expected better, top class. And considering you have Pitt football team and the Cincinnati Bengals team staying there as well. There has to be some changes made DISAPPOINTING!!
