Boat Watch! 1b/1b No parties must be 25+ to book. Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom waterfront condo, Work for home and 1 block from the beach! Sleeps 4 ( pullout couch in the living room) Newly remodeled with brand new furniture. The pool and patio are shared between 3 other condos on site. Space sleeps 4, queen size bed in the bedroom plus a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. Beautiful 1 bedroom condo located directly on the intracoastal with a heated pool. This unit does not have water view from the condo BUT has amazing views of the intracoastal waterway from the patio/pool area. Enjoy watching the yachts sail by along with taking in amazing sunsets from the dock. Work from home, 1 block from the beach! Quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to many shops and local amenities! Perfect for couples, young families and groups of friends traveling together. Private entrance, full kitchen, free wifi, microwave, Keurig, plates and utensils, 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, and a beach wagon are also available inside the condo for use during your stay! We own all 4 condos on the property that share the pool/patio and dock area. The Master bedroom includes a queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. For families with small children: in addition to the pack-n-play provided, we have toys, games, beach toys, and coloring books to help make our littlest guests more comfortable. In the living room, there is a pull-out couch where you can enjoy watching your favorite Netflix shows on the large flat-screen. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to make a gourmet meal or you may cook-out on our patio area with our brand new grill. There is grocery delivery available, we can arrange to have the kitchen stocked with your favorites before your arrival. Please ask us about this! There are also some of the best local restaurants just minutes away! There is a laundry room on-site available for guests to use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire pool, patio, and dock area. Guest/ Self entry via a provided Code. The code will be provided on the day of check-in. Check-in 3pm & Check out 11am. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate early check-in or late checkouts at this time. Immediate Driving directions will be provided on the day of check-in. We will be available by phone or text for any questions or concerns, as we want you to have the best possible stay! La localisation est vraiment super… à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et des restos et l’intracoastal juste en arrière. Très bien équipé dans la cuisine pour popoter, arrivée facile et communication aisée avec les proprios. Comme les 4 unités de l’endroit sont séparés, on n’entend aucun bruit des voisins. Nicely appointed condo, where we could watch the sunset over the intracoastal from our patio. Don’t need a car, can walk to the beach, restaurants, grocery store. Pompano is quiet and laid back, but still close to everything in Fort Lauderdale and Boxa area. Hosts were great.Will rent again. ##### Richard W. It seems they put all their effort into staging and none into making the property comfortable for use. There is no place to set a suitcase, no dresser to unpack or closet space to hang clothes. In addition, the mattress was so mushy with a large indent in the middle making it uncomfortable for more than one person. ##### Lisa F. Otherwise, the unit was cute, clean and in a good location. This unit (#3 and #4) does not lead right to the water, it is around back behind the other units of this 4 unit complex. One block from the beach and a nice 5 minute walk from all kinds of restaurants, coffee shops, pizzerias, Publix, etc. I got more than I expected. On days when I did not want to go to the beach, because it was too windy or too hot, I stayed by the pool. The place itself is very nice and clean. It has dishes and a huge fridge. A microwave and a coffee maker. I will definitely be back and I already recommended it to friends. ##### Petronela M. Everything was very nice and super clean and the location is great. My only problem was that I tried to reach the owner about parking because someone was parked in our assigned space, but i never received a response. Great owners/managers. Clean, quiet neighborhood with quick access to the beach. Owners are very responsive and easy to reach. Eine tolle Wohnung mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt fast nichts. Für 2 Personen perfekt, mit 3 Personen ok aber da wird es schon eng mit den Ablagemöglichkeiten. Der kleine begehbare Kleiderschrank hat wenig Platz für Kleidung und dort sind auch noch die Liegestühle und der Strandtrolley aufbewahrt. Wir hatten ein Problem mit der Schlafcouch, da diese defekt war. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Marilyn ging es aber ganz schnell und es wurde eine komplett neue Schlafcouch gebracht. Wirklich toll! The grocery store is a short walk and fully stocked. We ate at "lucky fish" and were satisfied. The pool area toward the canal, is very pleasant and fun to people/boat watch. The pull-out couch and sleeper was broken, so our teens slept on the floor. I wonder if this is a sign of the times, that prior renters did not want to say anything, because they were worried about being charged incidentals. I am sure it will be fixed, since the host was very receptive when I brought this up. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and very quiet. Could not ask for more of the master bedroom. ##### Daniela S.
