When I booked for my daughter and her friends for spring break I didn’t know what to expect. They allow 18 & up. Checkin was easy when they found office, room was ok. Expect to pay a parking fee per day. Was right on beach and near boardwalk. They said they would stay again and for this time of year you can’t beat price.

Check in was really bad. Very long wait 2 hrs in a very small parked lobby with 2 people working. Room not as shown in photos. No ocean view as shown in photo pre booking. Extra charges for everything. No ice bucket in room, you have to walk a block and pay 4$ for a bag of ice. Might as well walk to a store. Very inconvenient.I would pass on the Neptune in the future.

The room was bare and not updated like the website claimed. The shower was disgusting, and we only had one instead of 2 bathrooms like we were supposed to. However the beds themselves were comfortable. That's the only nice thing I can say about the room itself. Check in was horrible. The room wasn't available till 2 hours after check in time. The lobby was filled with people having problems checking in because rooms weren't cleaned in time. The employees were exceptionally nice and the location is fantastic!!!
