Only 7 minutes to Lauderdale by the sea Beach, walking distance to all shopping including Publix, Walgreens, Dunkin donuts, 24hr Dennys etc. Very close to I95, FLL airport, Las Olas, Hard rock casino, Screened in patio w/BBQ pit, dining room seats 6, all mattresses are brand new, master Queen bedroom has its own private full bathroom, 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds, has its own laundry room, has ample parking on the property, the whole home is yours, it's your home away from home!
