The living room was large, with a huge couch to seat plenty. A desk for writing. The sun room was a nice sitting area to read. The kitchen was big, had everything you could possibly want. A starter set of either ground coffee, k cups and creamer for your first day if you didn’t hit the store yet. They had bottled water in the fridge, with a bottle of wine and delicious cupcakes! What a nice surprise!The master bedroom was big, lots of storage for your clothes and other things. The bed was very comfortable. The back yard with the pool and spa was like a tropical paradise! Beautiful trees, flowers. A dock to fish off. Plenty of chairs, table.Beach towels. Sun screen.In the garage they had all sorts of things you could use , beach chairs, several different floats for the pool.The neighborhood was nice, close to many good restaurants.They thought of everything! The attention to detail was nothing short of remarkable, from every kitchen accessory you could need down to the amazing showers, TVs in every room, vegetation surrounding the house, HUGE closet, and very open, bright layout. And the pool + hot tub - could not have been more perfect. I was also very appreciative that they allowed my brother to stay a little extra longer to wait for the rain to clear up. It is exactly as pictured (maybe better). The owner was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay and it had everything we could possibly need to cook and enjoy our vacation. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. The first impression when you open the front door is just.. wow. The large windows and the french doors highlight the beautiful pool/hot tub and the waterway. The landscaping is amazing. There are neighboring houses relatively close but you feel like you are in a secluded lush garden with mature palm trees and ferns. You are close to any and every store you could possibly need but you feel like you are completely tucked away. Even the waterway was quiet. We saw about 3 boats the whole week. There were tons of fishing jumping out of the water and lots of birds that kept our kids very entertained. We barely wanted to go to the beaches because the house was so relaxing but, when we did, there were many beaches just a close drive away with tons of shops and restaurants. I woke up every morning and drank my coffee on the dock by the water way and it was beautiful. We will surely be back. If you are on the fence about where to book - stay here - you will not be disappointed. ##### Justine P.
