It is perfect for the executive family, those relocating or building a home, families gathering for special events in town or on vacation. We have equipped the home with all that you may need. But if there is anything we can do to make your stay more pleasant please do not hesitate to let us know. We live in the neighborhood so we are here to serve. Our rental home has many features such as a large theater and game room with wet bar, jetted tub, heated floors in the master bath, hot water dispenser in the kitchen and more! It is bright and cheery clear down to the garden level basement. The beautiful backyard is kid friendly and equipped with a trampoline with monkey bars and swing, a fort with climbing wall and slide and a large free swinging lounging tent(for in the warm months.) The large East facing covered deck and patio are perfect for cool summer cookouts on the grill. For those that love to cook our Son Brendan has planted a garden full of herbs and vegetables for your use in the summer and fall months. He keeps it maintained and beautiful for you. The kitchen features beautiful granite counter tops, tile and hardwood finishes, overhead and under cabinet lighting. Our kitchen nook and dining room seat a total of 16 + 2 high chairs and on the warm summer days the patio seats16\. It is perfect for your large family gatherings. There are additional folding tables with chairs and a table in the game room with 6 more chairs. So there is plenty of room for everyone. Our smoke free home has beds to comfortably sleep 16 and plenty of additional space to spread out and enjoy your time here. These include a romantic master suite with beautiful king bed, window seat, walk in closet, a luxurious bathroom with heated floors (for those cold Colorado mornings), a jetted tub and a double shower with a bench. The second bedroom has a full bed with a twin underneath, toys and dress ups hanging in the closet for the little girls to enjoy. The third Queen bedroom is elegantly decorated for a Queen’s taste. The fourth bedroom is decorated for the young train lover. It is equipped with toys, dress ups, a train table and bunk beds with additional twin pull out underneath to accommodate 3 in this room. The fifth bedroom is a masculine king in the basement with a nearby masculine bathroom. There are three additional twin roll a ways, 3 fold out singles and 2 travel cribs in the storage room available for your use anywhere in the home. There are 5 comfortable sofas in our home as well. The 3 car garage will keep your cars out of the hot summer sun and warmer in the cold winter months and there is a large driveway to accommodate any additional vehicles. Ft Collins is a vibrant active city full of healthy outdoorsy people. We love to hike, bike, camp, ski, you name it! Outdoors is the place to be! The city has over 35 miles of paved bike trails and many choices of hikes nearby. We love to mountain bike, cross country ski, snow shoe, rock climb, fish, trail run, boat, hunt, white water raft, kayak, and tube. Some of our favorite places to visit are day trips to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park, Horsetooth reservoir and beautiful Poudre canyon just minutes away. Ft Collins is the home of CSU so the Football, Basketball and Volleyball games are popular! You will find numerous restaurants, museums, art galleries, unique shopping, farmers markets, festivals, music and theater venues, wonderful Old town square and the newly constructed beautiful Ft Collins LDS Temple, all within minutes of our home. There is always something wonderful to do here. Come and visit us! My grandkids think it’s the best house ever!!! If you are looking for a perfect multi-generational home, this is it. Diana is amazing, and always available if there are any issues. There never have been, but I keep in contact, just to let her know how much fun we are having. Plus, she makes delicious cookies! We will be back for sure! The toy rooms are so perfect- this is the first time to have all of my grandkids join us, and with three levels, and toys and activities on every level, it is just perfect! From check-in to check-out, the host responds almost immediately to answer questions and in rare cases provide assistance (via text or in person). The house was immaculate and online pictures are exactly what you get. A beautiful, clean home with lots of things for the kids to do! If I come to Colorado with 13 folks again, I will DEFINITELY rent this home again! NOTE: Come prepared fore everyone take their shoes off every time you enter. We loved the perfectly outfitted kitchen, with lots of great dishes, glasses, serving dishes, and everything needed for a family holiday weekend. My granddaughters LOVE the back yard and the wonderful dress up clothes and toy room(s). Things have changed a bit since our last stay, including Fort Collins rules for vacation rentals, and the crazy taxes and fees from both VRBO and the city. I wasn’t prepared for the difference in the nightly rate annd the bottom line. Our landlady Diana was still lovely and welcoming, and we had a wonderful time. We are in-between homes this year for Christmas and needed a place to accommodate family flying in to celebrate with us. The host decorated everything including a beautiful Christmas tree! The sign when you walk in says something about people entering the home as guests and leaving as friends. Even though we never really interacted with the hosts, we felt so cared for and the home was so accommodating we felt as if we became friends with the hosts. The property is perfect for families, so many sleeping options, cribs, games, etc. Amazing for kids! The kitchen is VERY well stocked and feels like you are cooking in a friends kitchen and not a rental. The only thing to mention that was different from the description is that the "girls" room no longer has a daybed with trundle that can create a king size bed, as mentioned in the listing. It is now a full size bed with an extra twin mattress underneath, but it isn't a trundle that pops up. We made it work, but just letting others know it is slightly different from the description. Overall, this far exceeded our expectations and was the best stocked, nicest decorated home we have ever rented. It was the perfect amount of room for 12 of us! We had our family and wedding party travel with us for our destination wedding and it was a beautiful stay! We had plenty of room to gather together as well as for each of us to have our own space. The kids LOVED all the toys and backyard activities. The location was perfect for us to explore the awesome natural beauty of the area, including Poudre & Horsetooth areas, and, of course, Rocky Mountain National Park. After long days out, it was great to come "home" to this place. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be well-stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated that there were board games and a basement perfect for family game nights, but we were too exhausted after exploring to take advantage of them! Diana was a gracious host, quick to answer any questions. She has created a lovely, welcoming space, and we are grateful for our family time together in this special home. ##### Margaret N.
