Hotel Morales is centrally located in the historic area of Guadalajara. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The staff are very accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful place at a decent price. I initially thought the hotel was in Guadalajara, but it is actually in Tlaquepaque, which was a pleasant surprise and a beautiful little city right beside Guadalajara. Nice shops and mariachi.

Clean and comfortable hotel in an excellent location.

We only stayed one night so we could be close to the airport. Was pleasantly surprised by how good the restaurant was. Very clean property with excellent staff as well.

Clean room

Just stayed one night passing through. Excellent security. Our car was loaded with a roof rack and well watched by the security guards! Dominos and Starbucks is right next to the hotel. Excellent breakfast!

Clean room and friendly staff but only a one way shuttle so had to pay a taxi. We prefer when a property has a shuttle that it is airport pick up

It would be great if they had some healthy items available to buy at night—yogurt, bananas, milk, apples, etc.

Absolutely beautiful , old , charming Real Mexican boutique hotel. Front desk staff from check in to check out were the best we have encountered . Particularly Fernanda who helped us enormously at the front desk and Angel , who seemed to be there from serving breakfast in the morning, to helping with the TV at night.

Really nice breakfast buffet. Shuttle offered on the hour, but you have to make sure you book it when you check in. You can’t change the time later. Pretty quiet and easy to access room on first floor

Would appreciate a smaller /cheaper breakfast option like à la carte instead of buffet.

I only speak English and stayed for 2 nights and interaction here was great!
