"I could not ask for anything more. I hesitate to leave a good review because I don’t want to have it sold out next time I’m in town, or the prices raised. But I have to be honest, it is the best out of several in town that I have tried. It’s always very clean, and perfect in every way I need when visiting my student. The breakfast is exactly what I like and the tv doesn’t require me to find one of the college kids to come figure out for me. There is actual water pressure and the thermostat really works like it should. The price is always competitive with the other hotels but the value is much better. If I have to have a criticism I’d say the walls are a little thin so you hear everything in the hallway and the neighbors bathroom but everything else makes up for it. This has been my go to the last 3 times in town."

"This is a beautiful property and we have stayed here once before. Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. We were not happy with the check in procedure. The app says 3pm check in. Their actual check in is at 4 pm. As we waited patiently in the lobby for almost an hour we were a little surprised when a couple came in at 3:50 pm and were checked in. No acknowledgment that we were there first or any interaction until we made the effort to get checked in. Even so , we highly recommend this property!"

"It was not a clean hotel - sticky floors in the rooms, stains on the wall; it was clear that the room was not really cleaned. I stayed for two nights and while housecleaning came in to refresh the towels, they did not make the bed. What was funny was that I kept the towels hung, which I thought signaled that new towels were not necessary. The elevator was dirty as well. Because of the condition of the room, I did not try the free breakfast. "
