10/10 Excellent

"2 day trip for college orientation. Great area for sightseeing. Beautiful view of the World Trade Center Memorial. Staff is wonderful. Hotel is kept very clean but is in need of renovation. Also the cocktail lounge is permanently closed but doesn’t say that in the hotel website. I would only stay again if the price was super low."

"Good place to stay to be near the water in the Financial District. Small room. Even smaller bathroom. Kinda the norm for NY. Our biggest issue was a neighboring bathroom. Every time the toilet was flushed, a loud bang could be heard from the wall. So much so, the shower door would shake and rattle. The Manager was very apologetic."

"In downtown NYC, close to Wall St, Freedom Tower, Battery Park and all East River activities. Staff was extremely helpful. I appreciate they showed such personable attention, even storing our suitcases for a couple hours. Love the coffee/expresso and water. View from our room was spectacular! Will definitely stay again"
