"I made it to the hotel and the room I purchased the hotel told me the third party I went through only sent them information for a standard room I believe was a lie I believe they gave my room away! I was highly upset ! Then not to mention the pool area was filled with children no pool towels and the lady at the front did not want to give us towels kept saying they were washing them! I was in the room at 2am and was looking on the floor it was ants all in the carpet lady bugs and some other big bugs. The guy at the front desk told me he could give me some raid or switch me to another room if the guy coming wasn’t coming any more. The guy at the front counter said oh the guy that’s suppose to be coming not answering I would just switch the room for you and he had two rooms available. I thought you only had one room available but any way the next morning we had breakfast the biscuit were hard the muffins was stale looking we went back to the pool before check out and there still was no pool towels and the lady said they didn’t have any towels and they were getting washed but on the shelf behind the counter it was a shelf full of towels ! I would never go back"

"Better then i expected. Tv was broken in first room, we were moved to the next room and the doorknob to exit the room came right off the inside of the room when leaving to get ice. Was happy we didn't have an emergency (fire hazard). Did not want to be asked to move to a third room after moving our stuff twice. Room very clean and front desk woman was very busy and by herself but did a fantastic job checking us in and contacting maintenance. Maintenance was fast and efficient in fixing our door right away. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in while traveling, new mattress and comfortable linens and pillows. Clean stay! Very nice quiet stay considering we were there for work in the area and needed a good nights rest. Pool looked nice but it was a weekend and there was A LOT of kids and also did not have time to really check it out regardless. All in all, would definitely return and recommend. Area is a little sketchy but for the most part just fine for a quick stay."

"Starting off the Staff was amazing. I came into town a bit earlier than expected and they were able to get me a room a little earlier than check in time. Room was clean nice area and great size room."

"If staying at this hotel, you are in danger. Cops there twice and called a third time in the 3 hours we were there before leaving for safety concerns. Couldnt return our room key bacause an altercation was taking place in the office as we went to leave early. We slept in our car in a parking lot near the airport and felt much much safer. "
