"We enjoyed our stay in this cute property off Spain road in the NE part of ABQ. The house has high ceilings, is very clean, and has nice touches throughout. The two bedrooms were comfortable and the two bathrooms clean with everything needed, including a few extras. The living room has a lot of natural light, is comfortable, spacious, and nice. It opens to the back yard, which we used in the evening and it was pleasant to sit outside. There are several sitting places in the backyard: one directly outside the living room doors, one a bit up with a table with fire (next to it is a grill) and one more just outside of one of the bedroom doors. The kitchen is clean and well stocked with useful appliances, bowls, utensils. We enjoyed the coffee grinder for our morning coffee. Everything is well organized. There is also a guitar in the living room :)We enjoyed the bike ride using the bike (and helmet and tire pump) provided by the hosts. We walked to several restaurants (Basque, a New Mexican place) and drove to a few others nearby. Sprouts grocery is also very close and was convenient.The communication with the host/agency was always very quick and clear.We enjoyed our stay!"

"We were in town for a cousin’s wedding and took the opportunity to share the residence with other cousins. The location was very convenient and there was plenty of space for 6 adults. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. The back garden is lovely - but careful when the timer turns the sprinklers on as that attracts many mosquitoes "

"Perfect for us! Easy access in quiet location. The house was spotless and every need was considered for our stay. Stocked kitchen that even included the local coffee. Bathroom had wonderful shampoo and lotion station plus fluffy towels. Bed was extremely comfortable. Parking was right out the door. Our host was great to work with, easy access and check out. Nice info book for restaurants and activities. Just go and relax! Thanks for a wonderful stay!"
