Magnificent apartment completely renovated and functional on the 1st floor with balcony facing south over the slopes and the Station. An independent kitchen, a living room, a bedroom closed by a sliding door, bathroom, a toilet. Ski locker on the ground floor.  
In Résidence Simiane, made up of 40 accommodations on 4 levels with elevator. Located on the heights of the resort, quiet. Departure and arrival possible on skis at the foot of the building. 600 m from the first shops and the snow front. In winter: free shuttle bus. No. 364 on resort map. Accommodation not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

\- KITCHEN: 3-burner induction hob, traditional oven, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.  
\- LIVING ROOM: 1 BZ sofa, flat screen TV  
\- BEDROOM: 1 double bed for two people  
\- BATHROOM: a bathtub, furniture and sink  
  
Accommodation equipped with duvets.  
Bed/toilet linen and end-of-stay cleaning not included.  
Animals not allowed in this accommodation.
