We had travelled from Ontario Canada and had some truck issues. The hotel staff (namely Kyle) went above and beyond and drove us all over to get and change battery. Cannot say enough about his patience, and kindness. Hotel and hotel staff were great! Would definitely stay again.

Visited Kentucky for my daughter's AAU basketball tournament in May, hotel is just across the river in Indiana. Bright modern, clean facility. Excellent customer service, complimentary breakfast was great, never a line up as takeout containers are provided if you prefer to eat in your room or outside. The breakfast area seemed more like a high end lounge! 2 queen beds and a sofa pull-out. Room was spacious with a full sized fridge! Dishwasher too.....hot stove and skillets available on demand....

The hotel is beautiful and centrally located on the main street near the food and bars. The staff was very helpful, including Chase who set up my wheelchair accessible room ahead of time with my lift and took care of any needs during the day. Really a great overall experience and I wish we could’ve stayed longer! I’d happily book this again.

This hotel was fantastic! Super clean! Staff was so helpful with recommendations, and super friendly! The location was also fantastic. Love the NuLu district! This hotel is not in the heart of the pulse of the area ~ one block off, which was actually perfect because it was quiet! Highly recommend! I hope to make it back one day!
