"All-in-all a great experience. This property is located within a larger rental/resident community, but we rarely had any interaction with other residents/guests so it did not feel crowded. Security and check-in was a little over the top, but then you feel safe and know you've got some good support. The house was very clean, well kept, and had everything we needed. We got great support and always felt welcomed. Thanks!!"

"Overall it was a great experience. All staff is really kind. Our room had dogs hair on the floor when I first swept and bed isn’t too comfortable but room overall looks beautiful and is well maintained. Bar and pool close a bit early but like everything else in the keys. Only annoying thing is marina rental closes super early and last call for rental is too early as well but the place is nice especially if you have children. It’s clean, easy to move around, close to Key West. Bartenders are all super nice and there are different activities like smores or live singers. It was a great experience. We will be back."

"The whole time was great, location was awesome. The queen bed was broken though. If that wasn’t the case I would have nothing but great things to say. I would consider visiting again. It was a nice place overall. Thank you."

"We thought the grounds and location were perfect centrally located to everything you could want to do in the lower Keys. Host and check in process was extremely smooth and clear from start to finish. The actual cottage/unit needs a thorough cleaning, dishes were dirty and the towels/linens didn’t seem like they were recently changed and unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. If this unit was a little cleaner and had comfortable beds I’d book this cottage every time I visited the Keys. I absolutely love the grounds and peaceful location."

"It was ok.. The good: the house was very clean. The not so good: the house could use some updating. The mattresses need to be replaced, the AC in the front bedroom never worked for me. The ocean front bedroom has no blinds or curtains on the large sliding glass door. If you are an exhibitionist you will love it. The washing machine sounds like it is gonna to tear the house down on the spin cycle. The small pop up toaster doesn’t ever pop up the toast even if you set it on lowest setting. You will definitely burn some bread. The toaster oven sitting on the counter, door doesn’t stay shut. I had to lean something against it to keep it shut and even then it didn’t work great. I never used either of the 2 ovens so can’t really say if they worked or not. The coffee maker doesn’t work at all. If you are planning on bringing your boat just be aware that the bay out in front of the house is very shallow. We have a bay boat so it does well in shallow water. But if you are bringing a bigger boat I am not sure how you would get in and out of the bay. Like I said, it was okay but we will never stay again."

"We enjoyed the cottage and Pool.The place was clean and had all the essentials we needed for our weekend get away. They do have a boat dock, but during the summer months, the sargassum is in full bloom and covers the lunch and dock area. We decided to launch at one of the many options nearby. Having trailer parking was a plus. Every cottage was full with families, but it was still a very quiet, and everyone was friendly. We will definitely stay again! Next time we will stay in a bigger house with our family. It’s a perfect place for a vacation!"
