"We arrived on a late flight, and could still check-in. The hotel is close to AEP. I recommend taking an airport taxi instead of their transport system. We were told it would cost $18 USA but the driver charged us 35$. We had to dig in our carryons to find cash, as we could only pay by cash. The hotel clerk said it said it should be $15. Then we did not have cash left to get stuff at AEP airport. We liked the hotelbut the gouging on transportation ruined our view of the hotel They did have a good breakfast, clean and quiet rooms"

"Arrived hours before the check in time, but room was ready and we could unwind after the long flights to Argentina. Room was spartan but clean. We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, and have seen its slow decline, but the location is great and the staff helpful and welcoming."
