Francesco from concierge was always there to help with everything & even helped us navigate Firenze so well to the best of his abilities!! Pretty, but loud..

Place is a nice hotel. But you can hear their conference’s going on through the walls. We hardly got sleep between that and the bed was pretty hard. Clean pretty hotel inside. We just had a rough night there..

Amazing hotel! Reception was very nice and our room was wonderful! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. They had a mini bar, room service, pillow service, and laundry service, which was all very convenient. It is right by a market if you need anything and right next to the tram/bus station, so transportation was easy.

Spacious room. Great staff, nice upscale hotel. It's a bit far from the city center and not a lot of dining options right by the hotel. Need to walk to get to better choices. About 25 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio bridge, and about the same to the Duomo to give a better idea of location. If you don't mind the location I would definitely recommend a stay here

Florence get away

Quiet location, close to the bus stop and walking distance from the train. Pillow menu was a nice add. Rooms are outdated and smell of smoke. Housekeeping brought up an air purifier, but only left it in our room for 30 min before needing it elsewhere, so it didn’t really do much.

The staff was very nice and offered recommendations when checking in. The room was very clean, they also provided a hair dryer. Breakfast started at 6:30am, I thought the food was great. The location is very close to the train station by taxi, maybe a 20-25 minutes if walking. When leaving you can ask the front desk to call a taxi for you. I would definitely stay here again.
