So close to everything, made all the museums, piazzas, restaurants really accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and the hotel itself was very clean, well decorated, air conditioned. The common area with open bar made it feel very luxurious - when I first arrived he popped a bottle of Italian sparkling wine for a me and brought it to my room! Francesco the host was a great welcoming host. He showed us a map of the city and gave us tips on places to visit. He also had a common area with a fully stocked refrigerator with wine, water, beer and champagne for us to take from which was no extra charge. The room was amazing and bed was very comfortable. So kind and helpful and there is an adorable dog named Lapo that is so happy to greet you as well. I also really appreciated the unlimited water, snacks, wine, and even cocktail options. All included for no extra charge. Don’t think twice, just book this. The staff were so friendly! Amazing view to the river. Our room had a little balcony (worth getting a room with view) where we sat and drank Prosecco enjoying the surroundings. The reception has snacks and a full bar free of charge for guests. We drove there. There is a parking space just in front of the building to drop off your luggage and then we kept the car at one of the garages nearby, which takes care of the ZTL permit for you. We walked to all main attractions. Great restaurants at just a 5-minute walking distance.
