What a find in Florence! Converted residences into hotel style accommodations. Breakfast inclusion was a nice treat - rooms were spacious and it was nice to have a common sitting room to relax. Location is very central to all attractions. But the highlight was the staff! So nice, helpful beyond expectations - so fortunate to have found Peruzzi Residences.

Roberta was amazing! So helpful and gave lots of suggestions. Great communication. Breakfast included was lovely. Good location as well. Did get noisey at night as there were universities around, but that’s not the hotels fault. Rooms were very big! We had a lovely stay

Our four night stay Urban Residences Peruzzi was beyond excellent. The suites are large, comfortable and a perfect mix of an historic building and modern fixtures. The staff; Roberta, Augusta, Nat and Samuel were amazing. They were comforting, helpful and more like family than employees. The breakfast room is gorgeous and the food items were varied and delicious. The pastries were exceptional and the espresso coffees delightful. The Duomo is an eight minute walk and there are numerous excellent restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. This is a five star ++!

Gorgeous hotel! Amazing staff. Beautiful and spacious room. Great breakfast and there is always a delicious treat to take. Roberta was the most helpful and wonderful host. Location is also excellent! Steps from everything. I can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was beautiful and relaxing, and the atmosphere and amenities were wonderful. The staff were super helpful and made us feel at home, making our stay even more special. Perfect location as we were a short walk to everything and felt very safe. Would love to stay here again if we return to Florence.

It is truly a unique property. The location was perfect, the history of the building was fascinating, the rooms were surprisingly large, apartment like and beyond my expectations, and the staff were so kind and helpful. It’s with mixed emotions that I would not hesitate to recommend this place - I fear if too many people stay here there may not be a room for me the next time I’m in Florence. All kidding aside, an amazing place, and I would give it a 10 out of 10.

If six stars were possible, our experiences with the reception team would receive six stars! Same for the location - it was fantastic. Over we enjoyed our stay in the apartment and would recommend for couples.

The location was perfect proximity to everything. I liked the availability of the kitchen to make tea in the evening or have a pastry. Roberta and the rest of the staff were perfect. They made the stay feel very homey. I would recommend this location to anyone staying in Florence.

W eloped our stay at the Peruzzi urban Residence. Room was huge and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful and it is well located. The receptionist was amazing and assisted me in retrieving my suitcase which was trying to stay in Amsterdam after close KLM connection

Excellent location yet quiet. Huge rooms (super huge), super comfortable and very big four poster bed. The rooms were decorated in a true Florence way which was great to see. Pre check in they provided great communication as how to find the place and how to get into the building including a short video which made it all the more easy Apartment is on the second floor but there’s lift available to help take up luggage (which is designed in a way keeping with the residences, very cool) Coffee and tea and pastries always available, and a small fridge in the kitchen area to store your food if required. Also they have really amazing staff who were attentive and super helpful (Roberta and Ilaria and the cleaning staff were especially lovely!), they made the experience really amazing. Would definitely stay here if I come back to Florence. Thanks for a lovely experience for our stay in Florence!!

Very comfortable central Florence short break

Wonderful room in a historic building. Roberta was a font of knowledge and provided lots of information about the history and gave us tips on the local markets, best views of the city and places to eat out. As the accommodation was so central it was a real bonus to be able to return from our explorations in the middle of the day to have a coffee with cake, pastry or fruit left over from the ample breakfast buffet.

We had a wonderful apartment on the first floor, that had a living room bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Along with a washer. Made a big difference on the three week trip.

Wonderful property in a great location in Florence! The property was safe/secure, very well maintained, with staff that were very helpful and pleasant! Breakfast each morning was done very well and the hosts were all helpful. We also took the opportunity to visit the vineyard one afternoon and do their picnic tour - it was great! Purchased a case of the vineyards wine to ship home. Truly enjoyed our visit, we would stay there again when back in Florence!
